We admit new patients from 6 AM to 2 AM, every day. Admitted before 2 AM? We stay until your treatment is complete. Between 2 and 6 AM the clinic resets — call and leave a message, and we'll phone you back at 6 AM.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes — for emergencies and same-day issues whenever a chair is open, which is most of the time. Booking ahead guarantees your time slot; call ahead if you can so we're ready for you.
Do you accept CDCP (Canada Dental Care Plan)?
Yes. We accept CDCP and bill the program directly for eligible children, seniors, and adults. Not sure whether you qualify? We'll check for you when you book.
What insurance do you accept?
We accept CDCP and direct bill most major Canadian insurance providers. Contact us if you'd like us to verify your coverage before your visit.
Do you offer sedation for anxious patients?
Yes — from nitrous oxide (laughing gas) to IV sedation and general anesthesia, booked in advance within our authorizations. At your consultation we'll match the right level to your procedure and medical history.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Cleanings and exams: usually within the same week. Emergencies: same-day slots are held every day. Implant or full-arch consultations: book one to two weeks ahead.
Where do I park?
Our building has paid underground parking: $20 from 6 AM to 6 PM, $5 after 6 PM, and $5 all day Sunday (rates set by the parking operator, as of August 2026). Tip: spend $20 at City Market in the building and keep your visit under two hours, and City Market makes your parking free. Paid street parking is nearby, and we're a 30-second walk from Lawrence subway station on Line 1.
